Looking for a good Weight LIfting Routine?

I have been doing the Rock Hard Challenge from Muscle and Fitness magazine fro a few weeks now. So far I like it and I have lost weight with it. It combines weight lifting along with cardio and diet. I personally do not follow their diet because they had me eating over 3,200 calories a day and MFP has be eating 1,900. It's a three month routine and each month it changes.You can download a pdf of the workout from the links below.
