Binge Eating

what do you do day after?
I binged heavily last night.. CARB OVERLOAD! :sad: :sad: :sad:

I never want to do that again, I feel sick.. physically and emotionally.

    Nothing - get back to my training / feeding routine and get on with things.

    I see it as yesterday is in the past,today is a fresh start :) I just eat a little lighter,drink plenty of water.A long walk always helps to.Good luck! x

    don't kill yourself over slip ups. Get motivation back and see it as an opportunity to use those extra calories and fuel to burn in the gym. Try training a big group today like legs or back mixed iwth some HIIT!
