Hey everyone,
I was just wondering whether you think 1850 calories which MFP has generated for me sounds like the right amount to have/stay under?
Im not sure whether it seems a bit high? I am quite active but I feel like I eat quite a bit!
Thanks

whats your height/weight?
unless your a pretty small guy then itll be low enough. guys typically have TDEE's over 20000 -
I don't know many guys who should eat that little. What's the setting you used when you got this goal? Was is "lose 2 lbs per week"? If so, then MFP estimates your TDEE to be 2850. PERSONALLY if I only had 19 lbs to lose, I'd eat more -- if I was male with what I know about you, maybe closer to 2200-2300.0
