Need lifting suggestions!

I am about to complete week 4 of JM Ripped in 30. I had about 20lbs to lose and have lost 10 doing her DVD. For the final 10 I want to really focus on lifting to really tone and transform my body.
I'm a newbie and have no clue where to start. I know macros are a big part of it but I just can't seem to get the right mix of food to hit those macros. I'm always over or under but 2-5% in 2 out of 3 categories.
I'm very interested in suggestions on how to start lifting as well as checking out some folks' food diaries to see what kind of meal combinations help to get those macros right.
Just a little about me:
5'6", 145.6 lbs 24% BMI
No gym membership, willing to invest in a home gym
TDEE: 1742-20%=1394 (rounding up)
MACROS:
CARBS PROTEIN FAT FIBER CALORIES
GRAMS per day 111.6 137.8 44.1 29 - 36 1394
GRAMS per meal 37.2 45.9 14.7 10 - 12 465
(based on 3 meals per day)
