workout calories burned?

Hello!
I wasn't able to make the gym today but wanted to do something. So I did a 10 minute butt and thigh workout from our Comcast on demand and am about to do a different 10 minute one. How do I know what I burned so I can add it to my diary?
Btw I am new and looking for friends!

HRM is really your only answer. Everyone burns at a different rate and it's also reflective of your heart rate at the time that you did the workout0

Why does my treadmill say I have burned around 1/3 less calories than what this website says?0
