So, I do not think I've been eating enough and that's why I have lack of energy. I have been eating roughly between 1200-1500 calories (Depending if I am hungry or not and how my body feels). But according to my TDEE, it says 2505 cal a day. Is that normal? Is that what I should be eating? My BMR is 1713 cal/day. I'm sooooo confused with this lingo. What happened to eating when I am hungry and stopping when I am full. Can anyone enlighten me? thanks!!!

TDEE is basically your maintenance calories. It's recommended to take a cut of your TDEE to lose weight (ex, TDEE-20%, would be ~2,000 calories a day). 1200-1500 is quite low, if you're exercising too. I eat about 1600 PLUS all my exercise calories.

It's hard to answer if it is normal without knowing your stats - age, height, weight, activity level, what you actually do for activity.
2505 is not a huge TDEE for an active person. Keep in mind that would be your maintainance so to lose weight you would eat less than that (unless that is your number with the deficit included).
If you figure correctly, both TDEE and MFP plus exercise should put you around the same intake.
The problem with eating when you are hungry and stopping whenyou are full is that hunger is not always a reliable indicator of whether or not we need food. Eating too little food can actually supress appetite. Many people suffering from anorexia report they are not hungry. Some overweight people report constant hunger.
You don't have to stuff yourself but I would avoid very low calorie I takes.0
