Wii Fit VS. Wii Fit Plus

I have a Wii Fit. I would like to set up a personal workout but not sure how.....anyone else know?
Also.....I don't have the PLUS...what does this give you that the Fit does not? I am just getting started and not sure about all this. HELP!!!
