Intermittent Fasting

So does anyone do IF???? I'm not new here, but open to a different approach to eating. Have done some reading. There are a lot of people who say its great for cutting up but my questions are if you are only eating lets say 2-10 p.m. when is it ideal to work out? I mean heavy. Does it matter???? What about bike riding, meaning cardio ( which I usually do at night) Protein shakes in the day? Any input would be appreciated.....
