    Best things taste wise:

Salad rice from a bibimbap place. Big portion of mixed greens, mixed rice, a little teriyaki chicken, scrambled egg, cucumber, radishes, carrots, little bit of sesame flavored sauce, and kim chi. One of my favorite foods on Earth.

Graceland cupcake. Banana cake, peanut butter frosting and a dark chocolate covered banana chip on top. Mmmm

    Best healthier things:

Fillet of tilapia placed under the broiler for a few minutes on top of quinoa cooked in a little vegetable broth & garlic. Delicious!

Baked russet potato with sautéed baby scallops, lots of steamed broccoli, a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese, and Hiland French onion dip on top.

Whole grain English muffin with a tiny amount of jam served with an egg over medium & big cup of coffee.

The best thing that I shouldn't have made was this cheesecake type dip with cherry pie topping and graham crackers. Glad the kids ate most of it but I think it's ok to have those days every so often. I felt so sick and bloated after eating it. Reminded me why I don't eat like that anymore. :)

    Healthier fish'n'chips.

The fish was sustainable white fillets in a lightly dusted crumb, baked in the oven. The chips were chunky oven fries. I added a cherry tomato and samphire salad for veg.

Meal out - Wetherspoons superfood pasta, with chicken.

The trio of petite desserts I shared with my husband at a French restaurant in Miami.

    1. a tiny chocolate mousse
    2. an almond tulle with a sweet mascarpone filling
    3. a small scoop of lemon thyme sorbet

Just enough for a taste of each, but a yummy ending to a perfect meal.

My roommate smoked a round roast, so I had a sandwich:

    thinly sliced smoked beef
    roasted red peppers
    roasted garlic spread
    garlic laughing cow cheese
    thinly sliced onion
light Italian herb flat out bread wrap

This sandwich was so good that I'm pretty sure it was the best sandwich I ever had in my life. I nearly cried while eating it.

The secret to a good turkey wrap? Pimentos.

I used cider vinegar to brine some chicken. . . what a wonderfully apple-cured flavor it had in the end.

But the best thing? I ordered a side of sweet potato fries as an appetizer post ride, Saturday. Oh they ded a really good job on those: cinnamon, sugar and salt.

I made this bizarre super spicy hybrid curry sauce tomato sauce. It was good. Lasted me several days, and for a wonder (given I was the chef) it didn't kill me.
