Just realized how pathetic that sounds as I typed it, but whatever. Man, woman, fat, skinny, tall, short it doesn't matter. The journey is a lot more enjoyable with people to share it with.

    Greetings! Our journey may be a long one; however, we have the most wonderful opportunity to get healthy and loose weight at the same time. Let's do it together.

    I have 125-140 pounds to loose. When I say it that way, it is overwhelming. When I look at it as doing the right thing and focus on one day at a time, it seems doable.

    My faith is strong in the Lord Jesus Christ and he has given me the power to overcome.

    If you need encouragement or a scripture, write to me and I will ask God to show me one to give you.
