How can I count these calories

I make a 5 bean salad, which marinates in oil, vinegar, sugar. Since most of the oil, vinegar and sugar are drained off before eating, how can I account for those calories that soak into the beans. At first I added all the ingredients including the marinate and divided by number of servings. Is this right, or should I deduct a few calories because of draining?

How can I count?
Perhaps deduct half the calories of the oil and sugar.0 -
Add together everything in the marinade to get total calories & macros per volume (let's say you get 250 calories/cup). Measure total volume prior to soaking beans in marinade (let's say 1 cup). Measure whatever marinade is leftover after draining (let's say 1/3 cup is left). So 1 cup - 1/3 cup = 2/3 cup marinade went into beans. 2/3 cup times 250 calories per cup = 167 calories.0
