I, too, wasn't serious about losing, but after breaking my hip three years ago and losing 42 pounds, I find that I would really like to stay at the lower weight. I am 73 and lead a sedentary life as my balance has become very bad and I am not always stable. I have been on a Cardiocom program, but am coming off of it as my heart health has stabilized. I have been logging my food intake for several years now, but I record in metric, which I was taught is more accurate, and it seems that in looking at the food database that is not done with this program. The other problem I have is that I am looking for a good barcode scanner that helps with diet and nutrition. Does anyone have a recommendation? I realize that I only want to lose 7 pounds, but for me that is the hardest, but I do not want to start gaining again.:ohwell:
