I'm stuck at 149lbs!!!

My starting weight was 170. I've lost 21lbs since feburary. For the past month. I've been gaining and losing the same pound. I don't know what the problem is. When I was losing I was eating about 1000 calories a day and burning 500cals 6* a week. Then, a month or so ago, I up my cals to 1200 and I slacked on exercising, since I was told I wasn't getting enough calories. Now my caloric goal is 1480 to lose a pound a week. I exercise about 5 times a week burning 250-350 cals a day. I do not eat back exercise calories, and even though my caloric goal is 1480, I am usually about 100-200 cals below. Suggestions?!

    This may not be your favorite answer, but the truth is you most likely are consuming more than you think. If you were truly eating below 1600 or so calories you would be losing weight. Weighing solids and measuring liquids is needed to know what your true intake is. Your diary is locked so, this is just speculation.

    Try weighing food, include everything....olive oil for cooking, condiments, and those little "well, it was just a bite"'s.

    *Measure liquids

    *Exercise for fitness
    (weight lifting is my recommendation)

    *Be Honest with Yourself

    *Measure yourself, take silly pictures and then enjoy your progress.
