Hello Everyone,
Around 2 years ago I joined MFP and it was THE best thing I ever did, I lost 10lbs and it was the most motivating and liberating place for me (far better than any diet club you paid money to attend)
I'm back again, 2 years older, 2 years harder to lose the weight I want to lose - but the reality is I don't like my appearance on the outside. I want to lose between 22-29lbs (Those 10lbs I lost they went back on, plus about another 4!!!)
I am a really happy person, but I am lacking in confidence and because of how I look its affecting my social life (I'm not obese, I'm just heavier than I want to be and don't have the confidence I should have because of it) SO I'm back again, and I want to lose this weight by November 2014 - which should be relatively straight forward, providing I work hard and train and keep a good mental attitiude.
Losing this weight is already proving hard in the 10 days I've been active and back on the app - I've lost 2 lbs, which is about right so far - For me its not just diet, but also exercise too - I'm one of those people who has zero metabolism.
So I'm back, here to try and regain some confidence and really like the person that I am
