So, I joined myfitnesspal over 8 months ago, and I haven't really been successful at using this app, or website.
However, I am turning 30 in less than 2 years and I really, really, really would like to be successful at losing weight.

So I'm doing it. I am very determined to do this.

So I am back with advengence and ready for the lifestyle change.
I can do this.
I do not want to develope diabetes type 2 or be obese any more.

Please give me the strenght to overcome my weakness to food.
I need all the help I can get.
