Starbucks charging me wrong, said it was price increase

The other day I ordered a toffeenut caramel white mocha with caramel drizzle and was charged 33 cents more than what I was normally charged when I got the drink a month ago. I know about Starbucks increasing the prices but it said by 5-20 cents, I was charged 33 cents extra. Why is that? I asked the barista if they rang it up wrong and they said no its the price increase. I thought the price increase was supposed to only be up to 20 cents??
