Hello everybody,
My name is Ryan I am 21 and today I am starting my lifestyle change that I have tried and failed many times before but this time I am going to turn to the internet for supporters. Stepping on the scale today I realized I weigh more than ever before coming in at 281 pounds. In the past I was 260 and lost 30 pounds doing P90X and dieting but after moving I gave up to gain all the weight back. I am really hoping I can do it this time because I have always been overweight. If anyone works out in Apopka Florida I would love to join you. I have a membership to LA Fitness.

It doesn't matter how many times you fail at this, as long as you get back up and try again. You can do this.0
