Hello guys!

New to this site. Was using caloriecount.com but this is WAY more user friendly. I am good with consistent exercise. I am even good on healthy eating, for the most part. I am sooooo NOT GOOD at portion control and snick snacking randomly. The other thing that kills my calories is my love for good, hoppy IPA. If I have even one it is like 175 calories......Bummer. On the bright side I don't drink soda....so there's that...Send "self control" thoughts my way!
