Hi all
I have 10-12kg that I would like to lose in a quick but healthy Manner. To lose a Kg a week MFP has put me on 1200 cals. I work out between 4-6 times a week time allowing and set myself a goal of 500 cals per work out (using my HRM)
If Im only eatting 1200 cals now (1400cals on days im going out for a meal) where do I go if I need a change? what about when my weightloss stalls I cant move down any further really.

If you need to change, redo it in the settings.
If you hit plateau, then you need to mix things up.
You must remember not to eat your exercise points. Just stay at the recommended calories count.0 -

The last sentence...only if you do TDEE should you not at least eat some of your exercise calories back...You should not net under 1200.

weight loss is not linear, there will be times where the scale doesn't move. just listen to Hearts on Fire, she knows her ****0

As HeartsonFire said, ignore the sentence in bold. MFP is designed for you to eat your exercise calories back. If you think they are being over estimated then only eat half to three quarters.
Also, 12kg is not a lot to lose. To try and lose a 1kg or 2.2lbs per week at this point is very aggressive and do not be surprised if it does not happen. The most a person should be looking at losing a week is 1% of their current body weight and with the little you have to lose, that will still be aggressive.
