Plateau

I successfully lost 10 pounds gradually over the course of about a month and a half. Over the last couple weeks, my weight has plateaued at 164 lbs. I have increased my cardiovascular activities to 20-60 minutes 5-6 times/week. I typically consume about 1,400 calories/day.
Does anyone have suggestions for continuing my weight loss? Feel free to flip through my food diary. I am a 20 year old female.
