Summer Inspired Challenge

My friends and I are doing a 3 week 21 day fix challenge starting on the 21st & I wanted to put it out there to all of you as well! They say it takes 21 days to make a habit, and that is exactly the purpose of this program. It will get you in the habit of eating right and working out every day. And the nutrition plan really educates you on portion control. You get these plastic containers, and a color coded nutrition guide, and if it fits in the containers, you can eat it. If you want to get fit and trim the healthy way then this is the program for you and I would LOVE to be your coach! It will take preparation, work, and discipline, but you will see results! This is no fad diet, it's a lifestyle change. If you are serious about changing your life, I am serious about helping you make it happen! Best of all, there will be an amazing group of challengers striving for the same, that will help to push and motivate you every step of the way. This works!
