Healthy Sauces and Brands

I'm going to start cooking healthy food and since I'm pretty new to this, Id on't know much about the brands that are organic or healthy. For example, I really wanted to make whole-wheat pasta tomato sauce (Marirana), and most recipes require Tomato Sauce, so I don't know what brands to use. Any suggestions? Thank you!

To be honest, what you should do is just glance around and look at labels on the sauces you're interested in. Some are high in sodium or something or higher in carbs, but it's just all about checking the labels. That's what I do! I don't have a specific brand that I use or anything, though I DO get a lot of foods and things that are Fit and Active. Those are usually pretty good. :)

Making your own tomato sauce is actually super easy!

    ^^ This.

Make your own sauce :) There are plenty of recipes online for healthy sauces, even healthy "creamy" ones like my all time favourite, Cauliflower Sauce, super easy and delicious!
