What's your typical week of dinners?

I'm looking for some dinner ideas that both myself and partner (who is not dieting) can have together. I'm doing a low carb diet, so no bread, potato, or pastas for me, however, my partner can still have them.

For example, We'll have baked chicken breast with veggies, and he'll probably have mash. Or same with steak.

What are you favourite dinners?

    I eat carbs so you probably wont be too interested in the dinners I make at home but the last few were:

    Baked chicken thigh's with salad and pitta bread
    Fresh egg pasta with garlic, olive oil and prawns
    Baked salmon, new potatoes and green beans
    Bacon and cheese quiche, cottage cheese and salad
    Tuna, red onion and mozerella pizza
    Chicken drumsticks, corn on the cob and rice (with piri piri)

    All come in around 700 cals or less.

    I use the following websites to get a lot of recipies from: Oh My Veggies, Oh She Glows, and Two Peas and Their Pod.

    For the most part everything I'm cooking is vegitarian with meat as an afterthought. Meals are way more filling. We both enjoy them more.

    This week's menu:
    Homemade vegitarian pho with tuna burgers (no bun)
    Jalapeno pesto, corn, tomatoes, tuna, and corn penne pasta
    Acorn squash soup and sausage
    Stir fry vegetables and cauliflower rice with pork chops
    Grilled chicken bowl (brown rice, red onions, cilantro, corn, tomatoes, and a little cheese)
