Trouble registering Body Bugg

So I just got a Body Bugg, it came in the mail today, and I cannot get it to register on the site! I can't use it until I activate it, so I currently own a very expensive hunk of plastic. Has anyone else had this problem? Can you help me? I emailed the tech guys, but I want to start wearing it tomorrow!

    bodybugg has tech support and you can call them. also, did you follow the instructions in the book regarding how to set it up? I am also a bugger and its so great. Their tech support is outsourced to India so it sucks talking to them but, they will get you through it! The personal coaching session is the best! They will call you within a week to set up an appointment and be sure to ask them all the questions you possibly can because they are fantastic!! Let me know when you get it up and running!

    Yes, I followed the directions to a "T". I got to the second step, where you open the Body Bugg program... and it won't open.
