Hi everyone. This is my 14th day on MFP:) (Height: 165cm, current weight: 61.3 kg.). On June 3rd when I saw the scale at 65.8 I decided: no more fast food, soft drinks, chocolate as I noticed my late night snacks that include sweets are the reason that I saw that number. I began dieting and following a 1100 cal diet consisting of 3 main and 3 snacks and in 2 weeks I lost 3.4 kg. After a couple of days I discovered MFP and for 14days I have been logging here and not following any diets and lost another 1.1 kg. However I think I am in a plateau I am not seeing any weight loss. I think it is because I never reach the goal of 1200 cal that MFP defined for me. But I never let myself be hungry I always eat healthy snacks. What do you think I can do to reach 1200 cal a day? Or is there any other reason why I cannot lose anymore weight? By the way my goal weight is 55 kg and I am in no hurry
