So here is my story in a nutshell. Last year for my 30th bday I decided it was time to lose weight....to be healthy. So I worked hard stayed in my calorie limit, made it to the gym 3 or more times a week and lost 80lbs. I have gained 13 of thoes lbs back. I know I know in the big picture 13lbs isn't a big deal, BUT I haven't been to the gym in 3 months and have been eating like crap! I know that thoes 13lbs will turn into 50 or more if I don't get a handle on myself. I think my biggest problem is all my friends who were so helpful don't know the dangerous down hill slide I am on. (most of them don't have weight problems) In fact they all think I am a weight loss success end of story. When I talk about how I didn't make it to the gym I hear "you look great you don't need the gym". So here I am asking for friends who understand that I need to keep working to maintain my weight loss and will help me. I know there has to be a few of you out there who would like my support too so please add me.
My stats (because I haven't always used MFP)
starting weight 231 (7/30/2090)
Lowest weight 151 (6/15/2010)
Current weight 164
Goal weight 145.....because thats the "magic number" for a healthy BMI

Friend request coming your way if you'll have me...I completely understand! I'm done loosing weight however I actually JUST joined a gym. Its so important to go and do the work to be healthy, especially if you have weight you need to loose! I can encourage you all you want! Friends are amazing to have and its great that they are supportive of you no matter what your weight is, however you have to work on what will make you comfortable!

Great job reaching out! Sometimes strangers are the best support system. Most of the time friends who don't share the struggle are only being kind and not knowing how to support when it comes to something like this. You know what it takes to get the job done, it takes commitment and you have to remember your drive and your fire and get that back. It is too easy to fall back into your old ways I know i've lost a ton of weight in the past only to see myself not only gain it all back but more to add to the issue. I am back on my journey and not giving up or in this time. You need your fire back! JUST DO IT, AND DON'T GIVE YOURSELF AN EASY WAY OUT! GET IN THE GYM.....GETCHA BURN ON. HUGS0

As soon as I'm done writing this I'm sending you a friend request.
You have definately come to the right spot. I've never been involved in anything like MFP before. I'm pretty new here too but already have AMAZING friends. Work this sight to it's every advantage and I'm sure you will love it. Welcome!
