Last month I posted my lifting success during the middle of my 6 week challenge. I'm sad to say I've not been lifting nearly as much due to work but I AM working out. I've taken up boxing as a healthy way to deal with stress since I quit smoking (: I've gone from 197 to 188 in the past month and from "week 0" in the first picture, I went from 207 to 188 in 2 months.

6 week challenge results:

Okay so before I post one final picture, I need to address something. The picture below is a week apart. Now, I lost .5" off my waist and 1" off my hips in the week which is awesome, but my back looks completely transformed in a week which I find exciting but confusing, haha. I'm not sure if I changed my posture or anything. I dunno. But here ya' go!

One week:

I want you all to know that you can accomplish anything and everything <3 Just be consistent.

Amazing to see the difference in your back after 4 weeks! At first it was mostly your stomach that shrunk- very motivational to know what a difference 4-6 weeks can make! Great progress!

You are doing awesome! I can definitely see the difference. :) You probably only lost half a pound because you gained muscle which is leaner than fat so you will see the most difference on your body rather than the scale. Great job and keep going! I want to see what you look like in 2 more months, so post your progress!
