Pressed low fat cottage cheese recipes please

Wow, I just purchased 'Organic Meadows - Pressed .5 fat cottage cheese.

It tastes like cream cheese and has only 110 calories/.5 cup! 24 grams of protein too!

Haven't baked with it, but wondering if anyone has? I am wondering if it just might work
for a cheese cake.
