Weights and Fitness

Hello all
I go to the gym first thing in the morning 6am and do around 45-60 minutes of weights five days a week,
However, as i need to be in work i don't get time to get any cardio or fitness in. when i get home from work im hungry and tired and just don't want to do any fitness, especially the new T25 DVD home workout. Then weekend comes and i feel drained and my muscles recovering from the weights during the week.
i'm getting married next year and need to shred a bit of fat and tone up. Any ideas on how to get my lazy backside doing fitness and cardio when i get home from work.
Thanks

How about 3 days weights and 2 days cardio? It may even give your muscles a better rest for lifting or even give you the ability to do one extra day on the weekend.0
