Working harder than ever

Hi! I've loved exercising and healthy food for years, but I've never really been fully able to stick with it for long periods of time. I'll find myself really dedicated to the gym for a few months, and then something like exams come around (I'm a university student!) and I fall off the wagon, skip the gym more often, and eat way less healthy than usual. Since I finished exams in April I have been really committed to being in the gym a lot and eating as healthy as is possible for me (SO MANY ALLERGIES TO THINGS). I'm always looking for motivation anywhere I can find it which is why I just joined this site! :)
