Logging 30 Day Shred workouts in MFP?

Hello! This has probably been discussed in the past, but I'm new to both MFP and 30 Day Shred.

Can anyone advise on how to log the workouts in MFP? I've been using the "Curves Circuit Training" option that is available, in 20 or 25 minute allotments (depending on which 30DS level I do that day), but I'd like to know how everyone else does it?
