Back to calorie counting for good

I have been tracking for 3 weeks and I have lost 5lbs. I had to do someting when last year's shorts wouldn't fasten.

Just saw these boards for the first time and thought I would say hi.

HI!

Welcome back, maintaining can be tough. I always blame my clothes getting tighter on the washer.

On a serious note, I have a friend who logs only M-F and not on the weekends. She finds it keeps her close enough to her goal and allows her more time and less logging stress on the weekends. It may work for you too.

I like that idea of only logging through the week when on maintenance. It gives you a little freedom, then you get right back on track.
