adding cardio because diet has been mess

Hello iv been messing up my diet going over calories way over than i should im thinking of going to the gym after my fast and do 1 hour cardio burn around 500 calories today and another 500 so i can be in a deficit good idea or bad.

You really should invest some time learning to properly manage your calories. Exercise is great but will not help with weight loss if you continue to overeat on a regular basis.
