Lately I noticed that my stomach really hurts and blows up after consuming high protein foods and I also gain weight when I eat alot of protein ... is that makes sense? Im so confused now...what should I do?

Track your fibre. MFP has me set at 25 and this works for me. Other calculators (IIFYM) said I should hit 35 which I didn't manage but the 25 keeps up with my protein intake anyway.0
