I know everyone logs differently, so I was curious, when do you guys log your weight? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? Whenever the scale moves?

Why do you check in when you do?

I'm trying to figure out if I'd prefer to log weekly or whenever the scale goes down.

    i weight myself everyday, i log the weight at 5 lb intervals. as soon as i get below the next interval i log it. so when i see 199.9 on the scale i will log 200

    Weigh and log every day, same time.

    I weigh once a week same day and in the morning. I measue once a month :) Last Sunday of every month :)

    I found that my weight can vary as much as 3 pounds during one day. To avoid the "how the heck could I gain weight by doing nothing?" drama, I decided to weigh once a week on Sunday mornings before breakfast.

    Picking a consistent day, time period and circumstances means that the numbers are comparable from week to week.
