How does fiber count effect calories on nutrition labels?

I've noticed recently that when I add up my macros for the day, they often come out to a number considerably higher than what MFP says I have eaten

For example, I have input all the food I will eat for today into MFP diary.
MFP lists calories for all this food as 2,574 with my goal being 2,650

My macros for those meals are listed as
51 fat
382 carb (46g fiber)
168g protein
Which equals 2,659 calories

According to MFP calories, I am just about 100 calories short of my goal for the day. According to my macros, I am just about right where I want to be in terms of calories.

Is it the fiber count on a lot of these nutrition labels that is making it not add up correctly? I've double checked all macros for specific foods, they are accurate and nothing is missing. I know it's "only 100 calories" but when my surplus is only 10%, 100 calories is a lot.

MFP calories are sometimes off a bit. I would chalk it up to that. Unfortunately fiber doesn't subtract calories although someone said Weight Watchers has something like that.
