morning workouts after a night shift...

So I work 4 nights on 4 nights off 9:30pm - 8am. I want to get into a routine, I know that once I am home I won't want to go out or once I've slept a bit I won't want to do anything before going back to work.
The best weight room is at the centre nearer to work so I'm taking that as a sign to go after a shift but then it wouldn't be 1 day on 1 day off rather 4 mornings on 4 morning off. How should I work out a routine when it won't be the same days each week + no rest days for those days?
My off days I'll be running in the morning then either a gym (cardio) session or 1 - 2 classes.
