Eating within calories range but not feeling "diet"

Hi everybody
I m new here, apologise for silly Q if they might come up.

I m feeling full everyday with 1400-1500 cal. Can one can check my diary if I m eating too much? I m afraid that there is some tricks in food cal (specially coz I m not from us or uk)

    Diary is closed. Calories themselves are not what make you full.....example I can have a few cookies and rack up a few hundred calories or I can have a massive high fiber bowl of broccoli and be stuffed.

    Provided the calorie counts are correct, if you're feeling full on what you're eating, THAT IS GREAT!! Not a bad thing, you shouldn't feel like you are on a diet because this is to be maintained the rest of your life. You don't have to feel deprived to when losing weight or once you reach your goal and try to maintain. Good luck!

    Provided that the measurements are accurate, looks fine. Might modify your macro nutrient goals as your fat goal seems a bit low compared to your carb/protein goals. Fat is required for the proper suspension of various micro nutrients.

    ???? tnx for feedback, do u guys all have food scale? Also sometimes mfp give different option for same food- sometimes with a big gap..
