So I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing, or has experienced this...

I am trying to lose that dreaded last 5 or 10 pounds. I have tried every single thing I could think of...

I have gone with a huge calorie deficit and even a negative net on some days, other days I have gone over my calorie goal target. I have tried reducing and increasing carbs and other macro's, I have changed up my exercise routines. I have tweaked and re-tweaked, I have re-set my goals in both MFP and in Fitbit for slow weight loss, for fast weight loss. I am logging my foods accurately and feel that I am consistent. I have changed the types and times of foods that I eat. I have just recently gone back to doing a meal replacement for lunch... no matter what I do my body just wants to stay right where it is.

I have read that if a body is at a healthy weight it will want to stay there and that's fine. However, I do have a target number that I would like to hit (still).

At times my sodium is a little high but nothing crazy and most days I keep it under check. Sodium doesn't really have much effect on me anyway. I go with lower carbs and some days that number is high as well but not consistently enough to change anything. I am still working on hitting my protein goal. Fats, sugars and fiber are just ok

Has this happened to anyone else and if so is there anything that worked to push you through it?
The plateau thing... whatever... I have broken through many plateau's. This is just different.

Thanks!
