Plateau: Getting over the hump

Ugh. I've hit that point in my weight loss journey where the weight just isn't coming off anymore. I'm not necessarily gaining weight (maybe a pound or two...) but I've been holding fairly constant for a few weeks and still have a ways to go (10 lbs) until my goal weight. How do I beat this?? Any suggestions on what to do/how to stay motivated in this extremely aggravating time?
