Exchanging diet and work out ideas

Need some buddies that are going thru similar...losing 60lb or more...this has been a challenge for the longest...I finally talked to myself have put restrictions and discipline...please add me as days go by more motivation and ideas are needed...

    Hello! I just signed up here a few days ago. My sister told me about this site a while ago but it wasn't for me at the time. Recently a few epiphanies have enlightened me and I've decided that I've got to do something. I've got a good 100 pounds or so to lose, probably more.

    Anyways, I've been doing some exercise stuff I found on youtube, channel called HASfit (Heart and Soul Fitness). I've just been doing the low impact aerobic stuff (stretches and then a 20-30 minute video in the mornings) which is a lot more than I've done in the past!
