Need help with toning up

Hi All
I go spinning twice a week - do 2 sessions of just over 60 minutes each, which I enjoy, but I'd like to be able to tone up my arms and upper body now - I did do a class called "Power pump" - bit like aerobics with weights - which again I enjoyed, but I did get a bit lapse with it. Now found out the gym where I do these classes is cancelling the power pump sessions - anyone got any ideas of different classes I could do for the top half of me?
I'd go in the gym, but I tend to go on my own, so probably be better off in a class, coz otherwise I don't feel like I'm pushing myself if its just me in the gym.
Any help would be appreciated

well i cant get to the gym just now and im only working my top half !
for my arms i use weights that are 5kg but do alot of it so il lie flat on my back strectch my arms out to the side and bring them up till there touching and back down slowly
5 sets doing it 20 times and within 2 weeks my arms were all muscle no fat !0
