low carb induction, hungry again 30 min after eating?

so I've been doing really great with induction this time, its actually been really enjoyable, no induction flu to speak of since I learned how to avoid by increasing sodium, water, and fat.

however, I just ate a great low carb dinner, salmon patties, with stir fry zucchini and squash in butter, and I was VERY full. I couldn't even eat my whole plate. and now not even 30 minutes later, I'm so hungry I'm getting seconds.

I'm not too worried, I'm following the matra of the diet: "eat (low carb) when you're hungry". But the last few days it keeps happening. It's just disconcerting to eat to being full and then full really hungry shortly after.

I had a keto test strip this morning, and can confirm that I am now in ketogenic state. I used some italian dressing for dipping sauce but the carbs were only listed at 4. I can't imagine that would be enough to set off an insulin spike.

but what does this hunger mean after I just ate? could I be doing something to set off hunger?
