Lifting for weight loss advice?

Just getting back into the swing of things after a month of training for work. I want to get back into lifting/cardio. I have a goal of losing around 15lbs. Most recently I had just focused on running but the most success I have had was lifting before cardio.

I need a workout plan. I can handle the cardio portion of it but don't know what lifting exercises and what kind of schedule for those exercises. I know there is a wealth of info on here so I wanted to reach out for help. Thank you in advance.
