Is it very important. That you stay in accord enhance with all the nutrients. Seems like the closer I can get myself to the calorie goal, either my fat or sugar is over, not over a lot, but often.
Reaching my protien goal hasn't gotten any better. I might get pretty close to it, but again my carbs sugar or fat go up.
Any advice would be so appreciated.
Like should I only be paying attention to be staying within my suggested calorie and protien goals?

Trying to completely hit every number every day? That way madness lies.
Just do your best. If you and your body are happy and finding success hitting your just your calorie and protein goal, stick with that. Personally, I have... digestive issues *ahem* if I don't watch my fat and fiber counts, too, but, again, pay attention to which amounts of what make you feel best and just stick with that!0 -
If you meet your calorie goal, you will lose weight. The protein goal is a minimum, not a maximum. (Fiber, too.) Unless you're diabetic (or under doctor's orders), ignore the sugar goal. (Carbs, too.)

I found that by keeping my carb count down, I can help make my protein count go up. My problem still lies in my fat counts. I still have the problem with keeping that down... LOL... I'm working on that one. I'm even allowed more fat because I'm doing an Atkins style diet (not completely though)... It's a little drastic.0

Why did you change your goal to 1000 calories? You should be eating more than that and I KNOW this site sets everyone to at least 1200. You don't even come close to your protein goal. Increase your calories and try logging food the day before.0

The less you have to lose, the more slowly it comes off. That's just the way the human body works. To lose 25 lbs. or less, set your goal to .5 lb. per week—which is way more than 1,200 calories—and be patient. The smaller deficit will help you transition to maintenance.

Thanks you guys! I suppose it could be messed up from days before, I think I will try to be patient, and also do my fast before my maintenance day, or rethink the fasting all together.
Thanks again0
