Hi, my name is Juliet I have been 30 lbs over weight since high school. I have tried a lot of programs but the weight always seems to come back. So I took some advice from my best friend (she is actually a better friend now that this is working) and bought an e-cig. I am using no nicotine in it and am using really sweet flavors. So when I want candy I take a puff of my e-cig and consume no calories and what do you know, its working!! I first tried tasteypuff.com but that really didn't taste very good. Another friend of mine, this guy, who is really into e-cigs turned me on to ecigpod.com. Not only was their starter kits really inexpensive ($29.99) but their flavors are really good! I have tried the sweet tart, Mountain Dew and “The Loon," which is citrus on the inhale and black licorice on the exhale. If you don't like black licorice then I would try either mango or strawberry, mango is light and strawberry is strong. I hope this can help others loss weight like it has helped me!
