How can I get more fiber without eating a lot of cereal?

    Foods with lots of fiber:

    Split peas (16. grams)
    Lentils (16.6 grams)
    Black Beans (15 grams)
    Lima Beans (13.2 grams)
    Artichokes
    Broccoli (7 grams)
    Brussels Sprouts
    Rasberries
    Blackberries
    Avocados --one half ( 6.7 grams)
    Pears (5.5 grams)
    Bran Flakes (7 grams)
    Whole Wheat Pasta (6.3 grams)
    Oatmeal

    Eat lots of fruits and vegetables! Best way to get fiber.

    Fiber supplements are fine, too. It's just the fiber from plants.
