I have had nightmares since as long as I can remember. I wake up panting and upset. The problem is when I can still feel the effect in the morning. Like today, I woke up with a soul splitting feeling of guilt. Not only do nightmares disturb my sleep but also my mood the next day. I am a reactive person most of the time. People around me, situations, events, affect my eating behaviour and physical well being. On bad days, I feel someone is dragging my feet and sucking all the energy out of me.
It's been 3 weeks since I started my cardio + stregnth routine, I am addicted to working out and watching what I eat. I like that
But what to do, to do with the nightmares??
Any thoughts?
