coffee creamer question

Hi my name is Tandra and Ive been addicted to coffee for many yrs. Sometimes not even coffeecreamer, I dilute my creamer with coffee. I have a question and was wondering, i hurd alot about creamer giving us cancer. is it powder creamer or liquid creamer that does this?

    I use regular ole half and half...natural and no carbs or sugar. I add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice or vanilla to get the flavor.

    Uhh, I never heard of that.

    I have both and use the powder as "sugar" and almond milk in my coffee. Sometimes I'll throw in some eggnog latte creamer or something delicious!
