Hey what is everyone doing? Cardio, Weights, Crossfit, HIIT??

    Crossfit 3 days a week, I play on a softball league one day a week, 2 other days I do long walks/jogging and one rest day :)

    Mostly cycling and strength training (2 heavy sessions and 1 endurance session per week), with occasional HiiT, yoga and pilates and walking.
  • 4-5 days a week; depending on schedule.

    2 days strength; 2 days cardio (mix between interval training & endurance); 1 day swimming.

    Lift 3 days a week, crossfit type workout for cardio 3-4 times a week
